As a Nutritional Therapist I provide dietary analysis, advice and support. I work with clients to optimise their health, improve disease prevention and promote healthy, active aging. I hold consultations at home and online.

ChamChef - Private Chef Services

I have worked as a private chef for 14 years under the name ChamChef, and I still do alongside my work as as a nutritional chef & coach.
