What language are courses in?

Courses are mainly in English, but as I speak French a certain amount of translation and explanation is available and French can be requested for private classes.

Consultations are only available in English as communication needs to be very high level and leave no room for error.

Where are courses & retreats held?

Classes, courses & retreats are either at my chalet in Saint Gervais les Bains, in the French Alps, at a commercial kitchen, a rented luxury property or at your location depending on the course. Classes can also be online.

Consultations are either in real life in Saint Gervais or online.

Can children come?

Most of the courses are attended by adults, but they are suitable for older children and adolescents if they are interested and motivated.

You can also book a family friendly bespoke cooking lesson which is a fun and bonding activity - and classes are adapted to the group to be more informal and fun.

How do nutritional consultations, coaching, and dietary analysis work?

I use a combination of software based dietary analysis & paper based analysis of your food (and lifestyle) diaries to be able to fully analyse and interpret your diet. This includes analysing food groups, macro & micro nutrients (vitamins, minerals & phytochemicals), variety, quality, preparation, storage & cooking, eating behaviours etc

We combine this with lifestyle analysis. Lifestyle analysis & coaching covers sleep, stress, movement, support, environment, wellbeing, happiness, purpose etc

The coaching side can be added on top of this. I can help support & guide you through a series of incremental changes, that will lead to you making effective, long lasting, positive changes.

If you have had a nutritional consultation with me, you can also book a cooking lesson to go through your dietary plan.

Some athletes, coaches and clients in training might only want dietary analysis and meal planning, which I am happy to offer as a stand alone service.

How do online classes work?

I offer 2h private nutritional cooking classes, both online or offline. These can be on any topic you request, or you can chose from a list of popular classes, and can be

Small groups only, and you can sign in from anywhere in the world. Once you book, I’ll send you the shopping list, lesson plan and any information sheets and a link - then just sign in as scheduled for the live lesson.

Lessons are relaxed affairs, you can ask questions as we go along, and I leave 10 minutes free at the end for a Q&A session or general chat on the topic.

If you can’t make a lesson as scheduled - or want to buy it to keep as reference - I can arrange to send you a recording.

You can also sometimes join a scheduled online cooking class if you dont want to do a private or group class.
