Entertaining GF, Veggie & Vegan - Asian Fusion Day
Course description: a 1 day course showing you how to cook a stylish plant based, gluten free, dinner party style menu that can be easily adapted to include dairy, meat & fish without too much extra effort.
This course is ideal for veggies or vegans wanting to know how to easily entertain without restricting everyone to their dietary choices, and for omnivores or meat lovers wanting to entertain vegetarian and vegan friends and family. The concept is for everyone to be sharing the same satisfying and sufficient meal, with small variations, and for the meal prep to be as simple as possible and to be able to be done in advance.

Seared Duck breast or Seitan with cherry Teryaki sauce, sesame brocoli, boo Choi and coconut noodles
Mango & lime jellies with coconut sorbet or green tea sponges with dark choc
