Lessons are a combination of demonstration, information and interaction, and are fun and informal affairs. Classes include cooking & tasting a few of my favourite plant based dishes.
Discover new recipes and learn how to easily adapt your cooking. Get tips on how to shop & prep for the week, how to eat at work or traveling. Learn how to make some fridge and store cupboard basics and how to adapt plant based menus for family & friends.
With an emphasis on ensuring you meet your nutritional needs, I'll teach you the basics but also touch on your personal needs depending on your age, stage of life and/or sports or health goals. Most importantly I'll show you how to avoid having to use ultra-processed products in your daily life.
