Stand Alone Nutritional Analysis
Based on a 7 day food diary I offer a paper based & software based dietary analysis. A digital ap available for clients to log there food is included, or clients can submit a food diary.
Your dietary analysis is delivered as a detailed micro and macro nutritional breakdown, which is then added to the nutritional report I have created on an excel document. Alongside the software based analysis this includes my assessment of the variety and quality of the different food groups and phytonutrients in your diet, the bioavailability of food in your diet, anti-nutrients, cooking methods, preparation and storage. You can then use this document as a foundational document for your own nutritional development by editing it and adding data based on your goals/targets/what you are aiming to achieve.
This service is aimed at coaches, athletes, those in training and in good health. This is suitable for clients with some nutritional knowledge, and who already have some understanding of their diet, but who want to really drill down into their diet in detail to understand and fine tune or balance their dietary intake and who do not need guidance on this.
N.B.Interpretation and recommendations based on your dietary analysis are not included in this report - it is a stand alone data gathering exercise. This is not suitable for clients with little nutritional knowledge, who would need help understanding a technical dietary analysis & nutritional breakdown. It may not be suitable for anyone not in full health. You should discuss any changes to your diet with your primary care provider if you have any diagnosed medical conditions or are on any médecines. If you do you may benefit from either a full nutritional consultation or may need to see a dietician.
